Last night while the kids were at gymnastics, Wendy and I went out to eat and I had the best beer I've had in 8 months.  Here's a shout-out to my current favorite brewery in the world: http://konabrewingco.com/.  I had the longboard lager, and while it's expiration date is April and it had a Christmas label on it, it had hops in it and tasted sooooooo good.

Today it is in the low 80s here in Kyoto. We had a pretty quiet morning, and then went up to the store to buy the kids art supplies for school. We're going out for the "best mexican food in Kyoto" for dinner.
